| Corporate Sailing Event Options |
In addition to our corporate sailing events, we offer on the water, we are also able to provide an extensive organisational service off it. To truly customise and maximise your day, there are numerous options that you could consider.
Photography
We can arrange for a professional marine photographer to follow your teams on the water from a high-speed craft to capture your experiences for the day or a portion of it. These images can then be provided to you on disc, selected images processed as gifts for your staff, or displayed on screen during your evening entertainments.
Branding Opportunities
Enhance your corporate image through specially created branding, for the yacht or your crew. We are happy to co-ordinate with the supplier to create unique products, which can include: flags, hull graphics, sail graphics, banners and clothing, (i.e.: polo or tee shirts, jackets, caps, bags). This is a great way to increase exposure of your brand.
Shore-Side
We are happy to organise your shore-side entertainment for you, from a civilised meal through to a full party. We can source facilities for you, and liase with them on your behalf. We could arrange a speaker for you, to provide greater insight into aspects of the sailing industry, or organise fun, educational activities to enhance the learning on the water. Where necessary we can also source accommodation for you and your staff in the surrounding area.
Catering
We can arrange a buffet style lunch on-board the yacht at a selected venue around the Solent, ranging from basic sandwiches through to a full hot or cold buffet with a wide range of drinks. However, through our contacts in the Solent we can provide many forms of catering from B-B-Q’s on the waterfront, through to 4 course meals with drinks in a yacht club in Cowes. You may also want to consider breakfast in a Hamble yacht club, which is a great way to greet your clients.
Miscellaneous
There are many more things that you could do to enhance your experience, and we have endeavoured to pull together as comprehensive range as possible within this site. You may also want to consider such things as powerboats to accompany you on your day, to allow a little variation to the proceedings, or customised trophies to be awarded to top performers, either organisationally or from the day’s activities. Again, we are more than happy to co-ordinate all of these.
