Our team building programmes are designed to maximize the potential of the team that you have created, in an exciting and safe environment. Team building and communication theory has been interlaced with fun activities to provide a comprehensive and professional service, which can be tailored to suit your organisation’s needs. All of our programmes have been specially created to allow the maximum level of interaction and involvement for your crew, to help them become part of ours.
We fully appreciate the time and effort that has gone into creating your team, and how important it is for you that they enjoy and learn from a teambuilding day. So; it is your day, and you tell us what you would like to do during it! We are happy to suggest sample programmes that are all designed to maximize the team building effects of sailing, which start at one day long. (We recommend that you consider a two-day programme, as this allows for a progression in terms of skill and activities, as well as a social evening.)
Our staff are highly experienced and will be fully briefed by us as to your objectives, so that they can deliver the most effective product possible. We will work closely with you to ensure that we as a company are fully versed with your organisation, your ethos and your team. It is this level of research and application that allows our programmes to be tailored to meet your needs specifically, and makes the experience one to remember.
We will happily take responsibility for all aspects of your event, from transport to catering and accommodation, right through to parties and shore events. We can organise professional photographers to capture the day for posterity, and arrange packages of photos for your team. You may want to consider awarding prizes to certain members, or use the day to present organisation-based awards; we can source the awards for you, and arrange for a prize giving ceremony at a venue of your choice. You can personalize your day even further through the use of a team uniform carrying your logo, banners for the shore venues and flags and graphics for the yachts.
