This two day practical course is suitable for people who wish to further their sailing knowledge. The course covers sail trim and sail handling techniques to teach you how to sail efficiently and learn how to increase boat performance and safety.

Genoa trim and control
Sailing onto mooring buoys
Heavy weather techniques
Use of Tri-sail and storm jib

Setting, gybing and dropping the Cruising Shute

Course Dates.
This course starts at 0930 hrs on Saturday morning and finishes at 1600 hrs on Sunday afternoon. Accommodation and refreshments are provided onboard the training yacht.
